At Serenethcandles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of bags, backpacks, or belts. You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
- Proof of purchase must be provided

Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at help@serenethcandles.world or call +1 (863) 465-7733 to request a return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original receipt or order confirmation
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective bag, backpack, or belt, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items purchased from third-party retailers
